The Pontiac Project for Fresno County is a five-building renovation of the old Pelco and Costco buildings in Clovis California. The total square footage of this project is in excess of 900,000 square feet and is being renovated over a five-year period. The primary tenant is the County of Fresno Department of Social Services.
The team from CORE worked closely with the building owners, architects, contractors and county staff on this project. This project has required tight communication and coordination at all levels to coordinate not only schedules, but electrical, seismic bracing, structural engineering, etc. CORE has provided thousands of linear feet of modular wall product as well as outfitted all furnishings throughout these buildings.

The Kings County Area Regional Transit (KART) Facility is a two-story public transit building. Ground-level spaces were designed for an inside public waiting area, passenger support space, public restroom, executive boardroom, conference room, administrative spaces, and a break room with lockers for bus drivers. Upper level provides offices, meeting rooms, employee break areas, and other administrative support functions. The outside transit section includes 20 covered bus bays, designated pickup and drop-off area, and outdoor seating.
