The project included the installation of commercial-grade, ergonomic furniture to support administrative, meeting, and collaborative spaces, along with a modernized kitchen featuring updated cabinetry, finishes, and appliances for staff use and hosted events. Completed with minimal disruption to daily operations, the upgraded spaces reflect the Chamber’s professional image and its role as a central hub for Fresno’s business community.

Realty Concepts is a real estate brokerage with offices in Fresno, Clovis, and Oakhurst. Over the years, Realty Concepts has expanded to serve the Central Valley successfully, while

maintaining its integrity and close-knit family atmosphere.

When CORE was hired in 2016 to lay out and furnish the Fresno Office for Realty Concepts, the direction they were going was very different and new at the time. We are “obsessed with our culture” and want our new space to reflect that. The directive was to move away from traditional cubicles and into a very open shared office environment. One that promotes life and health. To that end they even included a walking track that snakes throughout the entire office. Teaming with the team at SIM + PBK, we delivered a modern, open and fun office environment that speaks to their culture.
