The Fresno State Resnick Student Union represents a major campus enhancement designed by Haworth and CORE Interiors and generously funded by the Resnick family. Despite a two-year construction period impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, the interior was completed in just four months, resulting in an 84,000-square-foot facility that offers a vibrant, student-centered environment. The building features a welcoming first-floor lounge with food, coffee, and community gathering space, dedicated meeting areas on the second floor, and conference spaces and scholarship suites on the third floor. Serving as a dynamic hub for students and faculty, the Resnick Student Union stands as a lasting investment in student success and a proud addition to Fresno State University’s campus.

The AIMS Center Maker Studio tenant improvement project demoed three existing classrooms to create a studio and training room for educators and students. Support facilities include a janitor's closet, supply storage, restrooms, and a server room. The exterior scope featured comprehensive demolition and regrading, followed by the installation of new concrete featuring three colors, two textures, and an intricate joint pattern. Additional site improvements include a new stair connection to the studio, four cantilevered shade structures, and integrated lounge seating.
